Hey guys! I just wanted to know who watches wrestling. It doesn't matter which brand/show either Raw, Smackdown, TNA, etc. I used to be really into it a LONG time ago and not so much anymore but now that people like The Rock, Brock Lesnar, and A-Train (I know it's a different act) are back it really sparked my interest. I know it's fake and not as good as it used to be but hey what are you going to do it's the "G era" now and there's nothing we can do about it. I usually watch it over Xbox Live with a few friends of mine so I was thinking how funny would it be to get everyone who watches it in a huge Skype chat! Ahahaha! I haven't watched wrestling faithfully since 2000. Pretty much once WCW and ECW went away. I occasionally watched Japanese stuff, but WWF/WWE became more safety wrestling than anything. TNA was decent early on, but now its a stinker. I still enjoy the old wrestling documentaries and love the old stuff, 70s-90s |

I started watching in 2001, during that whole Invasion Angle. It wasn't until WWE did the ECW DVDs I discovered ECW, then once we got internet I watched all these old WCW, ECW, old WWF stuff, and yeah TNA was good until recently, like last few years it went down hill |

I always find it funny that many of the people who dislike this PG wrestling era are, well, adult fans from the Attitude Era. I just wanna remind them that they were also KIDS when they started becoming Wrestling fans. They didn't go downhill, they're just reaching a new audience. |

Actually I think it's pretty funny that during Raw last night they showed some sort of preview of some Smackdown thing tonight. They said like a the classic guys were coming back for one night and are going to be wrestling. That should be pretty funny if it's actually what they are doing. |

it is funny, I used to think wrestling was so cool in the wcw years. i loved how they got a bunch of wrestlers from japan. i even liked the early years of the monday night wars, but towards the end when wwf bought wcw it all went down hill quick. i dont know if this is true or not, but i have heard that wwe restricts how much high flying moves wrestlers can do. the reason i used to like wrestling was because of the high risk moves the cruiser weights use to do |

Yeah, WCW in 1999-2001 sucked huge ass. WWE does restrict alot of stuff now, they really went overboard when Linda was running for the Senate |

I grew up with the sport, had an uncle that was a promoter in the mid 70's and early 80's, (Ken Patera was the best man at my uncle's first wedding and my bat shit crazy aunt once dated Bobby the Brain Heenan) so a good part of my child hood I spent watching WWF/WCW. Had a blast watching my favorites such as Razor Ramon, Vader, The Bushwackers and early on and threw the Attitude and NwO era's but once WWE purchused WCW and ECW, shit just got stale, once you eliminate the competition what more can you do to make the product better. There's Ring of Honor which has some good technical wrestling and TNA which used to be good but it's just a bunch of grayed hair fucks arguing over shit that happened 15 years ago. So in a sense it bums me out a little cause it used to be so great, but then again once I started getting layed on a regular basis I sorta stopped watching it then to.
