I also wondered why there was no intro or outro music. The other hour is going to come out next week as they recorded 2 shorter episodes on the same day since they won't be able to record one this week for the week of Christmas. I guess everyone's changing formats...facebook, youtube, AGG. LOL j/k guys! |

There was so much background noise coming from our guest, I had to work some crazy audio magic with noise reduction on this one. So much in fact that the noise reduction just about eliminated the intro music and outro music when it was present. SO it was easier to leave it out on this one. AND as Smaaaash TV said "The other hour is going to come out next week as they recorded 2 shorter episodes on the same day since they won't be able to record one this week for the week of Christmas." Awesome Show as always a great idea recording 2 shows on 1 day and make it hour each looking forward to next week and i agree with all the new updates it just a pain in the neck I had to argue with Microsoft Xbox Support since my xbox will not update and they just told me to do what i have already done. But great show and everybody should be happy that you found a way to record 2 shows instade of no show at all and that show Dedication that these guys will go to lengths to bring the show to us. |

Good to know that Gamester uploaded a video review of Mario Kart 7. I had no idea because of that new screwed up YouTube layout. I guess we all just have to get used to it. And when we do finally get used to it they'll probably change it again. |

Great episode guys. I checked AJ's channel and his arcade video is just amazing! Don't worry Johnny, the 'users' understand why you like Metal Gear. It's definitely one of the best video game series ever created. I can't wait for the collection to come out in Europe. |

When I saw the file size, I thought: "Damn this one is short!" And it is as it is not even an hour long but at least I know the reason why that was. Think this is the shortest episode now. Will be listening to it tonight at work. |

Great episode guys. Maybe it's short, but honestly, I don't mind short and sweet! I don't have a lot of time to really listen to longer podcasts anyway. Checked AJ's channel and that was awesome! It's really cool to see someone just doing what he loves, despite a handicap. I know all to well what difficulties those can sometimes give, but people often forget that we humans (well, lots of animals can, we just make a bigger deal out of it) are very good at compensating for certain losses. It's awesome to see people like AJ show us what's possible! As for YouTube... it's a real shame to see the site dropping more and more community features. It gets harder and harder to find the video's you enjoy, while you get avalanched with promoted crap you don't care for. I've not used the frontpage to catch up for a long while, I just go to the subscriptions page and most of the time I don't miss out on any video... but that stuff gets bugged at times too. It's just getting hard to sustain a community on there. It still is the most active video streaming site and gives the most exposure, but you've got to wonder how long that will last... |

I personally hate the Xbox Live (oh, and YouTube's), update. They made it so much harder to get to the things that I enjoyed looking at everyday. Where PSN's XrossMediaBar took me three clicks to see something, Xbox Live now takes four! Not only that, but it screwed up my tenure on my gamercard. It now only shows that I've been on Xbox Live for only 1 year?!?! PREPOSTEROUS!

What a cool guest! I be sure to check out his channel. I'm put off by the YouTube changes as well. I wonder when they are going to force our channels into the new format. I'm hanging on till the end! Both of my attempts to enter the Metal Gear franchise did not go well. The first one I played was the NES game and it was so insanely hard I couldn't get anywhere with it. I tried again with Metal Gear Solid 2. I ended up beating it but was so lost the entire time I was playing it. I didn't know who was who or what was going on or why. I got so pissed off at the ending I vowed never to play another Metal Gear game again. |

metal gear solid 1 on the ps1 was pretty simple and easy to pick up and play... vintage, I suggest if you are interested in the franchise that you try that out granted you run into it at a bargain price.. it was fun.... that is coming from someone who never bothered to follow the series beyond that title. |

Very cool episode! I found AJ's story pretty inspiring actually... and he just seems like a really cool dude! As for the YouTube update, I've been watching my stats and the private YouTube Partner forums closely...but so far I have not seen a significant change in either my views or subscriptions lately. I still get about 20 new subscribers per day...and my views on videos are about the game as a month ago. Hopefully that will continue, as I would be greatly disappointed if YouTube changed things for the worse... I do like the changes they made to the partner pages, as the thumbnails for videos are much bigger and therefore hopefully compelling. However, now the personalized text is all but gone, which is disappointing. |
