Hey guys, what do you think the most underrated classic megaman game is? My answer probably is Megaman 8. Many people dismiss that game often because of bad voice acting or it seems too hard of a game. But that's what megaman is about the challenge. It probably has the best music out of the series in my own opinion. Plus it has some pretty cool robot master designs. But that's just what I think about it. What are your guys opinions about the most underrated megaman games?

I think 6, it was my favorite on the NES also I loved the global theme of all the robot masters.

I thought to myself "there's an underrated classic Mega Man? I don't believe it!" Then you mentioned 8, then I was like "ooooohhhhh that game". I must've shove that game into the back of my mind or something cuz, yeah, that game is underrated.

The voice acting is bad, on the American release that is. Thank you YouTube for showing me Rockman 8, the version with the good voice acting.

"IMO black ops 2 is going to be a new experience in the. I'd franchise something cod desperately needs to survive. I mean theres only so many modern day guns and half of wich they always reuse. This game is going to have everything new and therefore it will be like cod 4 all over again. This is my opinion don't hate!" -- paradoxSPA, YouTuber and CoD fan

If we are counting the 32-Bit generation, then my vote goes for Mega Man X4. While I can understand why some don't care for X5 and X6, I cannot understand how anyone could dislike X4. An all-around amazing game if you ask me and the best next to the original Mega Man X.

Mega Man V on the gameboy, if that even counts. It was a whole new game that's really unlike all the others in the classic series. Plus all the robot masters had the same theme, based off the planets.

Mega Man: The Wily Wars on Sega Genesis as well. The Super Mario All-Stars of the Mega Man series, it contains remastered 16 bit versions of the first 3 games. But to be fair, it was never available here in the states except on the short lived Sega Channel. What makes it so great though is the all-new "Wiley Tower" levels. Where you could have your own choice of 8 of ALL the robot masters weapons from Mega Man 1, 2, and 3. The possibilities are endless.

TBH I don't understand most of the hate beyond it is slightly different, which means that people have the "I am a close minded fanboy that doesn't like it" mentality.

Don't kill me, but I am being honest here and actually think megaman as a franchise is overrated.

Including the 32 bit era, I'd have to say X6. Despite the bad rap it got for needlessly lengthening the franchise past what Inafune wanted, it had solid level design, great music, and solid gameplay, like always. I liked it anyway.

Megaman Soccer for the Super Nintendo..... kidding
I'd have to go with Megaman 6 for the NES, awesome level and character design.
