Shenmue, Wonder Boy/Monster World, Shinobi, Phantasy Star and The Ninja Warriors come to mind. I also like the Neo Geo episode because, y'know, Neo Geo rocks!

I really love that episode since it focuses on my favorite megaman series. With them together I really like the Christmas episodes. The reactions they both convey are so real and this is one instance that you can see them in a non scripted situation. A Johnny alone episode I really like the phantasy star 100th episode where he goes back to the house where he played the game for the first time.

Those three episodes changed collecting from an interest to a reality. They're all pretty fun to watch though, it's hard to pick a favorite!
