Absolutely love the idea of "the gamestopper" segment, I personally would love to hear more stories about Gamestop because I'm from Scotland  did you know they still have Gamestop in Ireland?and it's great to hear some folks from the UK on the podcast every now and then, PAL REPRESENT  Dan. |

Alan Wake is a pretty good game the ending credits plays an amazing song. Ive read so much about Xenogears, I bought it 2 years ago finally played it once or twice over a year ago im still pretty much at the start but I gotta get back to it. Theres so many games and not enough of time |

The "blood type" question is related to a commonly-held Japanese belief that it affects relationship compatibility. Basically a self-purported psychic wrote a book back in the '60s or '70s that mapped blood types (sort of like horoscopes). Despite there being no scientific reason to believe in it, it caught on and has become a mainstream belief in Japan. Weird, huh? |

I beat Alan Wake this past weekend and enjoyed it overall. I felt the ending was a bit disappointing though. Kind of ended abruptly in my personal opinion. What did you think? |

Gotta have more Brits on more often! Been 40 episodes since you had one on. Nice to see Tony on since I enjoy his channel and looks a bit like my cousin Declan. Will be listening to this at the usual day and time.

I couldnt agree more, i love hearing a guest that sounds closer to home. Tonyippee is a real good guy too, has a great channel. I would have liked to hear hear his opinions on gamestation and game here in the uk though. Great episode guys! |

Great episode as always! Hey, Tony you're not the only one who has never touched a pinball machine. Neither have I. They're not just very common here where I live and quite honestly, I'm not really interested in them anyway. I'll just stick to video games. Jasons Gamestop story cracked me up.  I think "Gamestopper" is a great addition to the podcast. And so is Petes game recommendation segment. Though I kinda feel sorry for Jason, 'cause now he HAS to go to Gamestop every week.Oh and thanks for the movie recommendation Johnny. I've been trying to get into anime lately and I'll definetly check Wings Of Honneamise out. I might even check out "Highschool of the Dead". Though it sounds kinda pervy... Man, how have you people have never touched a Pinball machine!?!?! Pinball is such an exciting experience once you get a grasp how to make shots and do those bumps. Like I recommend to Gamester, everyone really should watch "Special When Lit". Its free on Hulu. I have 1 pinball machine, and will for sure get more for my arcade in the future!! So fun! When I heard the question about games similar to Rez, one title popped into my mind that I didn't hear get mentioned. On the Xbox Live indie marketplace there's a game called Olu that's modeled after Rez. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive was just announced and will be playable at PAX. Its slated for an early 2012 release on PC, 360, PS3, and MAC. |

I have only one favorite pinball game: It was called F-14 Tomcat and it kicked ass! Great music and awesome cold-war theme! I wish I could find it again. |

After listening to the episode he did talk about Gamestation and GAME a bit though. Tony was actually introduced to me via one of Pete's live streams where he was playing Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing and I hopped on and had a good time playing with them. Maybe the "Gamestoppers" segment could include an option for people to submit their stories about bad experiences at Gamestop and the crew can discuss them. On the other hand, it would also be interesting to hear GOOD experiences that people have had on occasion. You do need to balance the negative with the positive sometimes, so that might help flesh out the segment somewhat and prevent that "whipping a dead horse" feeling. |
