Alright, this is relly late but i just listened to this episode and wanted to state my mind on something you talked about in it. I am a 13 year old retro gamer and listend to what you guys thought and wanted to tell "my story". My parents had no effection on me likeing retro games, they wonder why i buy it. Virtual Console didnt get me into it what so ever. I relly got intrested in it , on youtube i typed in NES one day and found the world of retro games. No i love to play and collect retro games. Im not one of the kids that buys it just to post a stupid youtube video. The only video's ive poster are video responces for contest. I love playing the older games, and collection and finding them is some of the fun. I dont play it for nestalgia, i didnt live in the 80's (my older cousin said i was born in the wrong year). I play for the fun, the history, these games effected america, they are are history. They are fun. That simple. I am also intrested in the more obscure stuff. I dont play just the zeldas and marios and sonics. I have relly gotten into series that most (if not all) people my age havent heard of. Fantasy Zone, Sword of Vermilion. Both Great games that arent giant blockbuster games everyone has heard of. These games are Fun. That simple. I love to "reasurch" these games, i love listing to all gen gamers and watching a lot of youtuber's videos. And not some people such as just watching AVGN. They are Fun
