Well, first off, i would like to address how cool this niche forum is; it's nice to see mature video game threads with educated opinions and thoughts, by people who actually respect and understand them. Who knew there were people like this on the internet?  But one thing i found this forum was lacking was a place where people can turn others on to great deals and/or bargains (especially temporary, act-now ones) they find around the web, since most, if not all of you are pseudo-collectors.) Another early 360 rpg, Enchanted Arms (one of my favorites, i'll get around to writing my own review for it when i can) is 10$ used at Gamestop. http://www.gamestop.com/Catalog/ProductDetails.aspx?product_id=60359 I know some people are afraid of buying used games but at such a low price i honestly don't think anyone remotely interested in jrpgs should miss out on this game due to its age or price [a brand new copy will run you anywhere from 30$ to 56$ :/] |

That is a pretty good deal for Blue Dragon new...however you can get it at gamestop for $9.00 used which is a freaking steal. Awesome JRPG. |

Also another DS rpg at a steal, Disgaea DS. newegg.com has pretty good deals periodically. Right now, they have Dragon Age Origins for 360 and PS3 for $36.99 free shipping. Check them out often since they change deals frequently. |

While not technically a "deal", as these 2 games are DLC, I highly recommend people download Grandia for the PSN and Castlevania Rondo Of Blood for VC. Grandia was an expensive PS1 game, and the supposedly superior Saturn version is Japanese only. As for Rondo Of Blood, the original is ridiculously expensive, the PSP emulation is shoddy, and the VC version has better video and sound quality than the original, effectively making it the best way to play the awesome Rondo Of Blood. Also, new copies of Paper Mario & The Thousand Year Door (Greatest Hits) are going for $17 too. I guess that's good, considering how expensive GameCube games get, especially new ones. On a final note, the Pokemon Diamond/Pearl strategy guide is selling for $6 new (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0761556346/sr=8-3/qid=1269033710/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=&qid=1269033710&sr=8-3&seller=), so that's a steal. On a sidenote, games like The World Ends With You and Chrono Trigger DS are quickly jumping back in price from a paltry $10 to $20.  Well, I already own them, but I feel sad for those who didn't have the chance to play them.

Sweet! Yes i highly suggest the Paper Mario series if you're even remotely interested in rpgs. And yeah i found my TWEWY for 11$ on Amazon but it keeps jumping around. |

It's a shame that I haven't gotten around playing Blue Dragon, it's been like a year and a half since the last time I played it. What sucks more is I'm not even halfway through disc 1. It's not a bad game at all, it has everything I like about RPGs, but I just don't know why I couldn't get around playing it. |
