There are two different difficulties for the campaign, normal and hard, and there are medals you can unlock for doing certain things, kind of like achievement points or trophies. Since it has been out for almost two years, there are usually not a lot of people for online matches, but when SWB: Elite Squadron comes out, there will be tons of people online.
