Final Fantasy X I know a lot of people hate on this game but I love the character development, battle system, and overall fun journey you have in this game. If only the annoying characters and voice acting didnt scare off some people, this game would have been a lot more recognized. |

The PS2 has such an incredible library of games, but if I had to pick one as my favorite, it would without a doubt be Kingdom Hearts 1. I've played through it 3X, each time putting 40+ hours into it, and it was the first game that really got me to go out and play other RPG's. I'll never forget the first time I played through that game. SO many great memories

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Also the best game of the last decade probably IMO. Second favorite would be Shadow of the Colossus. Then either God of War II or GTA: San Andreas. Persona 4 is also up there. Man, the PS2 is my favorite console for a reason. Edited by Mshkote, Jul 2 2011, 09:33 PM.

Final Fantasy 12, such a great game. Square Enix nailed it after that massive fail of Final Fantasy X-2. I love the combat and the world of that game. |

It's been said a hundred times, but I loves me some Metal Gear Solid 3. It takes some practice, but once you get groove, you really feel like a super sneaky super soldier. And technically, it was so far beyond anything else on the PS2 at the time. Not as popular, but I also poured a lot of time into Final Fantasy XII. A lot of depth there, and a fun, creative battle system. |

This is a question I cannot in good conscience answer. I have so many top notch games in my PS2 library from SMT Persona 3 and 4 to Tales of the Abyss. I have a soft spot in my heart for FFX, X-2, XI and XII as well. Never forget Rogue Galaxy and DQVIII either. Then there is Baroque, Drakengard, Xenosaga and all the other SMT games. Zone of the Enders and the MSG 2 and 3. Hell... even Valkyrie Profile 2 is pretty epic. What about Dark Cloud and Odin Sphere? fssssss.... nope... cannot answer this question at all.
