Dragon Quest VI. I beat it a while ago, now I grind when I get grumpy. So a lot.

After finishing Dragon Quest 5 and quickly completing Logic Machines, Secret Files: Tunguska is now in my ds. Decent game so far if you like the point and click types that make you find items and use them all over the place.

Lately Mario Kart DS (played while 3DS is charging). On 3DS, alternating between SF64, M3DL, and MK7. Nintendo's spoiling us lately.

Definitely get 999.

As for me, I've moved on to Professor Layton and the Unwound Future. Treating myself to it as a Christmas gift.

Izuna: Legend of the Unemployed Ninja

Never play with the machine though.
That was a tough game. I actually played it after the second one which was far easier due to the haste boots. Still not as tough as shiren the wanderer though. Good luck, and make sure to use your items wisely and develop a strategy.

It's switching between The World Ends with You and Fire Emblem:Shadow Dragon. Both are awesome! GBA Slot on the DS Lite (if that matters haha) has Summon Night: Swordcraft Story 2. Awesome game and slightly underrated in my opinion.

It's no Hotel Dusk so far I can tell you that. There are some things I like about it, but it's a little flat in a couple of areas. I still find myself wanting to find out whats going on and play the game, just certain things in the game like some of the dialogue especially, are a little boring or slow compared to a game like hotel dusk. It's picking up a bit now though, now that there's a little more confusion, but the beginning could definitely be a turn off to someone going into the game expecting Hotel Dusk.

Now that I'm further into the game, I have the say the story is taking a lot of twists and really making you try to figure out what's going on, and doing a great job at making me want to figure out what exactly is going on. Unlike Hotel Dusk, you go to a menu and choose which location you wish to go to, in order to talk to specific people. This makes you think about where it's logical to go next, depending on what your trying to figure out, and that adds a little to the game as trial and error will slow you down. You can try to figure out on your own which person or people it would make sense to talk to to progress things, rather than just try everything. The game is much more interesting than it was at the start, and now that I'm used to the interface and the way things work, I'm enjoying it a lot more. On a whole, the characters aren't as great as those in Hotel Dusk, and some bits of dialogue is still flat, like from a poorly acted movie at times, but the plot has become interesting enough to make up for that. Other times there just seems to be little emotion in the things characters say, like a witness refusing to talk to you and the main character just saying "ok, we'll be going now" or something similar. With those things aside, I'm glad I bought this and glad I have it in my collection, and it's picked up quite a bit.
Funny enough hotel dusk is the game i'm playing in my 3DS so far i'm enjoying it i like the story so far though i just got started on chapter 6 so i don't know how far i'm am into it.

Nothing in the DS, but Mario 3D Land in the 3DS. About halfway through world 5. If it's like previous ones, there's probably only 8 worlds and then some special world, so it's probably not too far off. Need to make sure to get all the big coins in each stage.

Basically either Aliens: Infestation or Dragon Quest IX.
And they're both great games.
Recomended!
