I LOVE my Super Nintendo. I Still own the same one my parents bought me back in 1993. And i thank my Dad so much for that! Back in maybe 7th grade I sold All my gaming stuff, Ps1, N64, Gameboy and all the games for waaaaay fckin cheap!! But my old man absolutely refused to let me sell my SNES or any games. He doesnt really play games much, but he had to many fond memories of Donkey Kong Country 1. He always called the sword fish in the water levels "blue yoshi" from watching me play mario world "special" levels. ya know? Flying yoshi...the blue one. Anyways, i'v re-bought all my N64 games. But I still feel ill over all the PS1 & GB titles i gave up for nickels. but yeah, SNES FTW!!!

Wow, the N64 has a solid lead in the polls. Honestly, I wasn't expecting that, but that's cool. My vote went to the NES though =] |

SNES all the way, I love the looks of it, the controller, the sound and the graphics. And of course the nostalgia factor, I've got tons of great memories playing snes games.

I have the best memories of the SNES, It was the system I had the longest as a kid. I need to go find another one soon just to have one again. The one I was using stopped working for whatever reason. I have a Retro Duo so I can still play my Carts of course. |

Lots of children here apparently. I'm 20 yet I've grown up and nostalgia'd over NES, SNES, N64, GC, and Wii. By far and away in terms of coolness factor, games, controller, playability, multiplayer, how well they age- It all goes to the GameCube. |

I'm 32 and the SNES is my favorite. It's not due to nostalgia, although I definitely had some great gaming time with the SNES. I would've been fine if Nintendo stuck with the SNES forever and never released N64, Gamecube, Wii, or anything else. It never became retro for me because the system was always there. I still love the SNES. It's still my favorite system. There are still plenty of games on it that I've never owned and always wanted to play. There are plenty I only rented but always wanted to own. I'm still finding the system to be relevant to this day. The SNES was as close to perfection for me as it could get. |

The NES wins for me, to this day it's still my favourite console of all time, it's the system I collect the most for, I regularly buy new games for it and I play all of them. I still manage to find games i've never heard of and have a blast playing through them. And if I get tired of the EU or US selection of NES games, I just hook up the Famicom and voila more NES games I have 4 working NES systems right now, and you can bet your ass that I will for the rest of my life have at least 3 working systems in my house. The NES will NEVER die
